Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program developed for any individual at any age, skill level, or experience.

It is commonly defined as constantly varied, functional movement, performed at a high intensity.  It is a regimen of fitness designed to improve the ten general physical skills widely recognized by exedrcise physiologists.

 

 

For athletes ages 8-15

This program is designed to develop and enhance athletic performance for athletes who want an edge over the competition.  We guarantee that your child will improve speed, increase strength, improve agility, develop endurance, increase vertical jump, and decrease the susceptibility to injury.  High Schoolers by appointment
