WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program developed for any individual at any age, skill level, or experience.  Commonly defined as constantly varied, functional movement, performed at a high intensity, it is designed to improve the ten general physical skills widely recognized by exedrcise physiologists.  They are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  Because nature frequently provides largely unforseeable challenges, we train and practice to equip you for the unimaginable tasks life may throw at you.

Crossfit is equal parts gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, and sprinting (biking, running, rowing).  With the ability to infinitely vary movement and skill combinations, you will never be bored or get stale in your workouts like we all have in a traditional gym setting.
